Refund policy

At S7 Home Fragrances, we do everything to make sure your parcel arrives on time.

Please note, in the event of industrial strike action by our delivery partners, parcels may be delayed.

The time frames are estimates and subject to delays outside of our control.
Orders placed will be dispatched within 2 working days Monday - Friday. On Saturday / Sunday orders placed will be dispatched on the Monday.

Returns 

If you are looking to return your purchase, it must be returned within 14 days from delivery for a full refund. 

We are unable to accept returns unless they can be deemed:

- Faulty
- Incorrect product
- If you receive an incorrect, faulty or unfit for purpose product, please do not dispose of said product. If the product has been disposed of, S7 Home Fragrances will be not able to replace or refund the product. 

Sale item(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note that we do not offer a free return’s service. Returns costs must be met by the customer.

Delivery charges are non-refundable
